Nissan Nordic Europe Oy in Finland is searching for energetic and committed candidates for the Sales reporting trainee position with the ability and drive to deliver first class performance and service for the entire Nordic and Baltic region. This traineeship is a great kick-starter for your career development e.g. in Sales operations and/or data management field. Working as Sales reporting trainee in our Sales team also gives you an opportunity to practice and sharpen both technical and soft-skills, in the exciting context of an international and fast-paced business.

This full-time traineeship is for a 6-month period for an undergraduate student to be completed to support studies. A small trainee compensation will be provided.Tasks and responsibilities:
In this position you work as a member of Nissan Nordic Europe’s Sales Department and assist the Sales team in its daily routines and projects. Your tasks include:
Supporting in administrative tasks e.g. Run daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and distribute to the appropriate stakeholders
Update Sales databases
Support compilation of Management Committee presentation with reports and dashboards
Improve reporting tools when necessary
Support Sales department with ongoing projects
Qualifications and skills required:
You are currently an undergraduate student in Business/Economics (or other relevant field)
You are a problem-solver with eagerness to learn new skills, sense of responsibility as well as proactive and transparent way of communication
You have great attention to details and a genuine interest in numbers.
Good Excel and data-handling skills
Fluent communication skills in English.
