We are seeking a “world-class” Solution Architect with IP and Core expertise to join us in the advancement of this next-gen intelligent IoT SaaS Platform to meet future growth and scalability needs. You will be working in a fast-paced, global engineering team while collaborating with other developers, solution architects, Integration engineers, management, and customer support groups. You will work in the Network Operations team which is responsible for the architecting, development, building and maintaining the 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G messaging and packet switched services. Our IoT Core Solution consists of products such as Signaling nodes, virtualized Packet Core nodes, Subscription database nodes, Mobile Packet Backbone nodes and Messaging nodes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Technology Adaptation Management, with introduction of latest technical solutions for new Product and Services.
- Providing onboarding support of new sites /solutions in Production including E2E design, required equipment, HW, SW versions and ensure the compatibilities.
- Ensuring that design principles are respected with a cost-efficient approach to delivery and there is full alignment and adherence to the approved design blueprints.
- Lead and Cooperate Technical negotiation with 3PP vendors to ensure will have the latest Products, Features and solutions which support ÍoT business requirements.
- Lead the Capacity expansions requirement for the IoT Platform and services with alignment with Capacity management division, including HW and SW expansions.
- Providing HLD for new sites/features required based IoT Platform and services requirement. • Define Testing and validation required for new solutions and services.
- Keeping HLD documentation UpToDate for staging and Production environments.
- Security validation and optimization of infrastructure architecture and network connectivity solutions, in coordination with the IOT security units.
- Initiating and considering automation, cost and efficiency improvements and flow optimization in all related designs and architectures
- Communicate with 3PP vendors to ensure will have the latest Version, changes and information of their products to support LCM activity requirement.
- Providing trouble shooting support for new developed Services/Solutions testing activities where need high-level competency in related domain area.
About You:

- Min 5 years of Solution architecture experience
- E2E Mobile Core knowledge, strong hands-on experience in IP & Core Network Architecture Design and integration with relevant knowledge from one or several areas connected to our IoT solution:
- Packet Core (SGSN-MME, EPG, SAPC, SMSC)
- HLR, HSS, CUDB, EDA
- Signaling (SS7, Diameter)
- Circuit Switched Core (2G, 3G and 4G, 5G)
- IP protocols and flow design (MPLS, VPN, BGP)
- IP Backbone (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Experience with Cloud orchestration
- Ability to learn new technologies, propose and evaluate options, conduct POCs and provide recommendations
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with product and engineering management and project stakeholders in a highly agile environment
- Ability to independently lead technical designs and implementation of product features
- Experience building and working with cost efficient large-scale production systems.
- Up-to-date with the latest technologies with ability to introduce them as needed
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent field.
