OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

As our Operations and Maintenance Specialist you will be providing technical support for our laundry operations in maintenance and projects related to capacity and sustainability.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support in topics related to laundry, equipment, automation and energy solutions
  • Performing selected technical and maintenance inspections
  • Act as project manager for equipment related projects (additions, replacement, upgrades, energy efficiency, sustainability, water treatment)
  • Working and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Supporting technical training and instructions.

Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid work model. Our supportive and flexible working culture will help you to succeed in your work. You will be working in an international and multicultural environment that requires a proactive and flexible approach.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A relevant technical degree (or sufficient experience from mechanical, energy or automation engineering)
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently, consistently and analytically in a matrix organization
  • Understanding of resource efficiency drivers in sustainable business environment
  • Excellent co-operation skills with different people and various stakeholders
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Good IT skills in MS programs (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Readiness to travel occasionally.
