We are looking to strengthen our team with one new restaurant manager. You would be working closely with our other restaurant manager + team leaders and kitchen department. Starting date can be flexible, but we wish you could start in November/beginning of December and continue until end of March. We offer full hours 112,5h/3 week. Salary will be negotiated separately.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has relevant education, training, and previous experience
- You keep a positive spirit and have previous experience leading a team successfully
- Alcohol serving and Food & hygiene pass is considered as a plus, but we can arrange it if needed
- Knowledge about using cash register
- Efficient in handling food and beverage items including Special diet information
- Proficiency in handling payments
- Good understanding with Policies and procedures of the organization regarding safety, security, and emergency issues

- Positive attitude in stressful situations
- Flexible in working different shifts
- Good customer service skills
- Team leading skills and capability to create positive energy and motivation with own actions
- Strong team work skills
- Good communication skills also in stressful situations (We hope that the spirit is good also during busier time, no shouting to others etc.)
The location of the resort is in the middle of lovely nature, and here you also have time to enjoy nature and try different activities that you might never get to try otherwise. It is possible to rent an apartment through us, so it is easy to join us where ever you are coming from. In terms of employment, we follow the collective agreement of the tourism and restaurant industry. The salary is according to the agreement, depending on the applicant's previous experience and education.
