We are looking for a
Senior Device Test Engineer
to join our Product Services team in Vantaa, Finland.

In this exciting role you will be a key member of Suunto product development programs, where you will manage test projects. You will also be responsible of developing and maintaining Suunto Device Test laboratory, with a special focus in GNSS- and RF-testing capability. The job includes also practical testing in this competence area.

Main responsibilities:
As a Senior Device Test Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Test project management in product programs
- Development and maintenance of GNSS- and RF-test laboratory
- Device testing and test reporting, especially in GNSS / RF area
- Development and maintenance of other Device Test laboratory tools and environments
- Development of device test automation
- Test case planning and creation
You will primarily work with product development engineers and other test engineers.
To succeed, we would appreciate the following skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge in low power electronics, especially in RF- and GNSS technologies
- Programming skills, Python appreciated
- Know-how in operating with measurement and test instruments
- Understanding of electronics and mechanics design
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work independently Good communication skills both in Finnish and English
