We are looki ng for a Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Integrated HW Operations team at Liikennevirta Oy. In this role you will oversee Virta order-to-cash processes and ensure timely and accurate coordination of logistics activities for the hardware products . You work collaboratively with key stakeholders in cluding sales, operations, suppliers and logistics service providers . Ideally you have a background in logistics coordination and - management in an international fast-paced environment . You might already have solid experience or are in the beginning of your career looking for the next step. This role will report directly to the Director of HW Business Operations .
What you’ll do
- Fulfil l and receiv e orders (internal and external ERP/WMS)
- Communicat e with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate information in shipping records
- C ommunicat e with external warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and develop best practices
- Ensur e that products are delivered on time by coordinating with carriers
- Prepar e relevant shipping documents such as CRM and customs invoice s
- Ensur e shipments are compliant with international shipping regulations ( e.g. Lithium-Ion batteries )
- Resolv e problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems
- C reat e and improv e SKU data in company ERP ( Netsuite )
- Participat e to relevant process and system development
What you’ll bring
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in logistics , supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- 3-5 years previous experience in logistics management or coordination
- Working knowledge of PC computer systems and relevant ERP/WMS solutions
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Eye on the details and systematic way of working
- Capability and interest to work within dynamic and fast-growing environment
- Desire to grow and make things happen
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
