Customer Support (Finnish) - Relocation to Bulgaria

 

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION - 2 DAYS A MONTH ARE REMOTE!

We are seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Support to review ads in Sofia, Bulgaria for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding cars, such as warranty issues, recalls, or problems with the vehicle.
• Troubleshooting problems with customer's cars, providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
• Escalating issues to a higher-level technician or supervisor for further assistance.
• Keeping up to date with product features, specifications and the technology of the cars they are providing support for.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• OPTIONAL- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Be Attentive to detail.
• Be communicative.
• Adapt to various situations.
